Procedura di archiviazione delle opere di Vasco Bendini
In base alle norme stabilite dalla Libera Associazione Vasco Bendini, costituita legalmente in Parma nel 2009 e con sede ufficiale in Roma (Presidente Irene Santori) si stabilisce quanto segue per la procedura di archiviazione delle opere di Vasco Bendini:
L'opera da autenticare deve essere portata in visione nella sede dell'Archivio, a Piazza Verbano 8, 00199 Roma
Occorre portare, insieme all'opera, tre foto a colori del fronte e una del verso. Nel caso si disponga di una foto digitale del fronte e del verso riversata su cd, basta consegnare quella insieme ad una sola foto a colori sul cui retro verrà apposta l'autentica
In base allo stato di conservazione dell'opera si rilascia l'autentica su foto, archiviando l'opera in questione. Se lo stato di conservazione non risultasse buono questa reale condizione dell'opera verrebbe segnalata nella scheda di archiviazione e sul verso della foto, insieme alla dichiarazione di autentica
Qualora sia stata già rilasciata autentica dall'Artista, registrata in Archivio, non verrà rilasciata un'altra autentica
Il costo della procedura di archiviazione è di euro 300
Certificate of authenticity of Vasco Bendini's work
According to rules decreed by the Libera Associazione Vasco Bendini, legally established in 2009 in Parma and officially headquartered in Rome (President Irene Santori) it is hereby stated that the following procedure must be followed in order to receive a certificate of authenticity for Vasco Bendini's work:
The artwork must be brought to the Archives of the Libera Associazione Vasco Bendini, in Piazza Verbano 8, 00199, Rome (Italy), where it will be inspected
It is necessary to bring three colour photos of the front of the artwork, and one of the back. Alternatively, it is possible to bring one digital photo of the front and one of the back, together with one colour photo of the front where the certificate of authenticity stamp will be placed
Depending on the condition of the artwork, a certificate of authenticity will be given and the artwork registered in the Archives. Should the artwork result in poor conditions, this will be noted in the certificate of authenticity stamp on the back of the photo provided, as well as in the file of the artwork held in the Archives
Should a certificate of authenticity released by the artist be already stored in the Archives, a new one will not be produced
The cost of the procedure is of EUR 300
